FILTER VESSELS

Filter vessels are one of the strengths of our production. Thanks to modern welding techniques (submerged-arc system with camera technology), we manufacture vessels up to a diameter of 3300 mm. We have the prerequisites and the know-how for the production of filter vessels with one or more nozzle bottoms. A stainless steel solution is also feasible. Tell us your wishes for the inner coating and the outer corrosion protection.

As a solution we offer for example:

Hard rubber coating
Epoxy resin coating such as Sika Permacor 136TW (drinking water approval)
Hot paint coating such as Sika HS or Epimid
Exterior coatings as primer or with top coat in RAL color of choice

All interior coating systems are carried out by reliable specialist companies. References are e.g. TipTop Oberflächenschutz Elbe GmbH or InProCoat Südwestfalen GmbH. You will receive from us, after submission of a water analysis, a warranty of 5 years on the corrosion protection.
Our filter vessels are calculated and manufactured according to your specifications and wishes. Optionally, we can also offer access ladders, railings or connecting bridges.
An acceptance of our filter vessels according to DGRL with module G and CE-marking is possible without any problems.
