Filter vessels are one of the strengths of our production. Thanks to modern welding techniques (submerged arc system with camera technology), we manufacture vessels up to a diameter of 3300 mm. We have the prerequisites and know-how for manufacturing filter vessels with one or more nozzle heads. A stainless steel solution is also possible.

Filter vessels are one of the strengths of our production. Thanks to modern welding techniques (submerged arc system with camera technology), we manufacture vessels up to a diameter of 3300 mm. We have the prerequisites and know-how for manufacturing filter vessels with one or more nozzle heads. A stainless steel solution is also possible. Share your requirements for internal coating and external corrosion protection with us.
As a solution, we offer for example:
• Hard rubber coating
• Epoxy resin coating such as Sika Permacor 136TW (drinking water approval)
• Hot painting such as Sika HS or Epimid
• External coatings as primer or with topcoat in RAL color
Quality and Warranty
All internal coating systems are carried out by reliable specialized companies. References include TipTop Oberflächenschutz Elbe GmbH or InProCoat Südwestfalen GmbH. After submitting a water analysis, we provide you with a 5-year warranty on corrosion protection.
Our filter vessels are calculated and manufactured according to your specifications and requirements. Optionally, we also offer you access ladders, railings, or connecting bridges.
Acceptance of our filter vessels according to DGRL with Module G and CE marking is easily possible.
