ZPP-M

Our ZILONIS Power Plate Maintainable product series, abbreviated ZPP-M, opens up diverse application possibilities in various industries. Due to their robust construction, the products can be operated at very high temperatures (up to 650°C) and pressures (up to 100 bar). The ZPP-M series offers numerous advantages: It can be easily opened, cleaned, and closed, which is made possible by the innovative housing design. This allows the heat exchanger to be effortlessly cleaned using high pressure. Another advantage is the low maintenance costs, as there are no gaskets between the plates – the plates are welded along the perimeter. This makes the ZPP-M series particularly suitable for cleaning-intensive processes. Additionally, the series is characterized by its compact design, which facilitates integration into various systems and applications.
